Experienced Roofer – $23–$29/hr + Per Square Installed

What You’ll Do

• Perform expert installation and repair of composition shingle roofing systems
• Execute tear-offs with precision and speed
• Work closely with your foreman and crew to maintain project timelines and safety standards
• Represent the company with professionalism and care on every job site

Pay & Incentives

• Piece rate
• $23–$29/hr based on experience
• Additional pay per square installed
• Overtime and weekend work available

Schedule & Location

• Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7AM–5PM
• Weekend shifts and OT available as needed
• Work is based out of Bend, OR

Requirements

• At least 1 year of roofing experience installing composition shingles
• Proficient with shingle roofing
• Valid driver's license with an insurable record
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and communication skills
